She washed her rhino in the sink. But it wasn't what you think, you dirty mind. It was her rhinoceros that she washed!
As you can imagine, it was not the easiest thing to wash such a large animal in a normal household sink. Especially, for such a frail woman as her. But she already had in place a very effective system of pulleys that she used to wash her ex-husband and the job was not nearly as monumental. And the rhino was fairly cooperative, sympathizing instinctively with the troubles of lesser creatures.
The way the rhino came into her life also seemed like a moment of someone’s compassion. The rhino appeared the next day after he husband left her. She opened the door to go buy more eye drops, and there it stood – the mostly silent king of the warm waters, staring straight at her with such steady eyes, essentially inviting itself over.
She took it in and quite enjoyed having it around. They went for walks. Shopping was good as it could carry large loads. Also good for deflecting bullets when the local gangs had another initiation day. It was going well with the rhino - almost too well. Well enough for her to begin considering the rhino as a mostly improved version of a husband she lost. And as such thoughts took hold, the logical thing was to begin thinking of other conjugal necessities.
So they started making love. Or at least she was making love to the rhino's horn. It's hard to tell what the rhino thought about the whole thing, but it seemed to accept it pretty calmly. Until one day getting some sort of scare from a passing plane, or maybe it was just itchy - but the rhino jerked the horn a bit too much when it was inside her and kind of impaled her a bit. Enough to kill her really. And so she died, but it was ok. She was finally happy.
And the rhino realized it did something not so right. But it didn't get too worked up either, used enough to the strange sense of humor that prevailed in nature. It just carefully put her down into the sink and after some awkward maneuvering turned on the faucet. And the warm water flowed. And the warm water flowed...
